Payal Salsburg Honored with Boston Cares Volunteer Service Award

Payal Salsburg is a tireless advocate and volunteer who has been selected as a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PSVA) from Boston Cares. Each year, outstanding volunteers are recognized for achieving over 100 hours of service over a 12-month time period.  The PVSA is issued by the Federal government through an approved Certifying Organization like Boston Cares.

As stated on their website, Boston Cares is the largest volunteer agency in New England, an Innovation Hub within the national HandsOn Network, and an award-winning leader in the volunteer engagement sector. Filling more than 25,000 volunteer spots annually in support of more than 180 Greater Boston schools and non-profit agencies, they offer a wide array of programs and opportunities that make it simple to volunteer. Their belief is that volunteerism transforms communities through service and civic engagement.

Payal will be recognized for her contributions to Boston Cares at the annual gala on November 6, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Boston. For more information, or to attend, please visit the Gala website.
