Laredo & Smith welcomes Payal Salsburg, who joins the firm as an Associate. Payal focuses her practice in the areas of business litigation, e-discovery, corporate advice and counsel and ethics investigations. She represents corporations, small businesses and individuals in a wide array of matters including contract and other business disputes, False Claims Act litigation, government and internal investigations, ethics inquiries and intellectual property litigation.
