Laredo, Smith & Kane Senior Associate Darshana Indira spoke on Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Dec. 11 panel, Effective Cross-Cultural Mentoring Relationships. The panel covered the importance of building strong relationships with mentors for new lawyers and the challenges many face when senior colleagues may not share their cultural backgrounds or beliefs. Panelists discussed strategies for mentees, mentors, and organizations to navigate and nurture cross-cultural mentoring relationships.
