Mark Smith Presents BBA Webinar on Resolving Parallel Investigations

Mark Smith presents as a panelist in a Boston Bar Association program entitled “Resolving Parallel Investigations” on June 8th at 1230 pm. Mark and his co-presenters discuss parallel criminal and SEC investigations, with an emphasis on resolving cases in front of both the USAO and SEC.  The panel includes lawyers in private practice, as well as lawyers from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorneys Office. They will cover the remedies both agencies pursue, including overlap and any divergence between them.  This program is sponsored by the BBA’s White-Collar Crime Section.
