Jessica Conklin Moderates Beyond Email: Fact Development in the Digital Age

Jessica Conklin is moderating a Boston Bar Association webinar entitled: “Beyond Email: Fact Development in the Digital Age.” Jessica is joined by attorneys in private practice as well as lawyers from the US Attorney’s Office and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. She will engage the panelists in a conversation that explores the newest areas of electronic discovery. Some areas the group will explore include social media accounts, wearables, and cell phone data.
