John Fitzpatrick is a litigator concentrating his practice in civil litigation. John contributes to the firm’s efforts to resolve disputes related to contracts, mortgages and loans, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other civil matters.
With a deep interest in case law and problem solving, John excels at legal research, due diligence, and discovery. He also assists with pre-trial motions and the preparation of various case-related documents for clients. Most recently, as laws emerge regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, John actively researches and defines best practices for business owners, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, John worked as a student attorney with the Boston College Legal Services Lab. He also interned for Judge Peter Agnes, Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, drafting opinions and revising sections for the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence. In addition to his law degree, John holds a degree in philosophy and economics. This broad background prepared John to effectively analyze legal strategies to provide businesses with pragmatic advice and thorough representation.
